Missions is creatively meeting needs in order to present the gospel to people— both like us and different from us—at home and around the world.
What an honor and responsibility to partner with Christ in His global redemptive purpose. It’s His supreme desire to make disciples among all peoples of the world and to see His church established among every tribe and race.
Along with those of us in the Missions Ministry Office, a group of more than 20 church members serve on the Missions Leadership Team. Together, we seek to provide opportunities for our fellow church members to engage in significant kingdom work.
We operate from the following five core values:
1. We believe that prayer is the foundation for all mission work.
2. We believe that every believer should be leading lost people to salvation through Jesus Christ.
3. We believe that individuals should be equipped, mentored, involved, and financially supported in local, national, and international mission opportunities.
4. We believe that support should be given to ministry endeavors working for the social justice of the disenfranchised of the world and the glory of God.
5. We believe that support should be given to mission endeavors that result in the establishment of viable New Testament churches and Christian ministries.
